Still in the journal with Arches Text Wove I'm experimenting with gouache and did a rock study before doing a final painting. There is a tab in the center of the spread where I pre-cut out a page to make space for any items I collaged in this journal (I cut several pages out when I start a new journal). On the recto page I'm at Como Zoo sketching the Puffins, who are extremely active! I'm trying to warm up by getting any gesture down that I can. |
