I was asked to participate in a nature art show at the library in River Falls, Wisconsin. When I went to drop off my bird portraits I found the previous show still up. It was a quilt show. I spent some time looking at the button collection of a local collector. Her devotion to and the organization of her collection was amazing.
On this scan you can see the way ink from the next page shows through the Arches Text Wove. As I mentioned before, I've decided that I'm not bothered by this enough to give up the pleasure of painting on this paper. |
